Sierra Metals Announces Filing of Technical Reports for Yauricocha Mine and Bolivar Mine

Sierra Metals Inc. (TSX:SMT | OTCQX:SMTSF) (“Sierra Metals” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has filed technical reports prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects in respect of its previously announced updated Mineral Resource and Reserve Estimates for each of the Yauricocha Mine in Peru and the Bolivar Mine in Mexico.

The Company has filed a report entitled “Technical Report on the Yauricocha Mine” dated June 14, 2024 with an effective date of December 31, 2023 (the “Yauricocha Report”). The Company has also filed a report entitled “Technical Report on the Bolivar Mine” dated June 14, 2024 with an effective date of December 31, 2023 (together with the Yauricocha Report, the “Technical Reports”). The Technical Reports were prepared by AGP Mining Consultants Inc. There are no material differences in the Technical Reports from those results disclosed in the Company’s press release dated May 7, 2024.
