Annual Barricade Go Topless Day unites Jeepers worldwide in support of local causes
Barricade, a leader in off-road Jeep Wrangler products, is thrilled to announce that the 18th Annual Barricade Go Topless Day® shattered records, with Jeep enthusiasts from all 50 states and 7 countries coming together to celebrate summer, the great outdoors and giving back. More than $1 million has been raised for charities since 2019, when Barricade began matching donations up to $500 per event. This year Go Topless Day® was held on May 17th with approximately 500 events worldwide and 63,000+ Jeeps on the road and in action.
What began in 2008 as a small meetup at a local farm stand has developed into a global celebration. On May 17th, Jeep lovers from all corners of the globe celebrated the iconic Go Topless Day® by removing their Jeep tops in support of good causes. From beach clean-ups and trail runs to picnics, parades, and charity fundraisers, these events aren’t just about having fun — they’re about making a meaningful difference.
“Go Topless Day has grown beyond our wildest expectations,” said Steven Voudouris, founder, president, and CEO of Barricade/Turn5, Inc. “It’s not just a celebration of the Jeep lifestyle; it’s a celebration of the incredible sense of community that brings us all together. The passion and generosity of the Jeep community in supporting these causes is inspiring. Together, we’re driving more than just Jeeps — we’re driving real change for those in need.”
